Processing Time

Please allow for 1-3 business days for us to process your order before it is prepared for shipment. Please note that this processing time is separate from the actual transit time of the shipping carrier. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has left our facility.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We partner with various reliable shipping carriers to deliver your orders. The following are estimated delivery timeframes. Please be aware that these are estimates and not guarantees, as transit times can be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control.

  • Standard Ground Shipping: 3-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days.
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days.

The estimated delivery date for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your selected shipping method and delivery destination.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship orders to all 50 U.S. states. At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside of the United States.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight and dimensions of your order, your selected shipping method, and your delivery address. The exact shipping cost will be displayed and itemized for you before you complete your purchase during the checkout process. We may occasionally offer promotional shipping discounts, which will be clearly advertised.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can use this tracking number on the carrier’s website to monitor the progress of your delivery.

P.O. Box Addresses

Please note that some expedited shipping services may not be available for delivery to P.O. Box addresses. If you provide a P.O. Box, your order will typically be shipped via USPS.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, it is possible that they will be shipped in separate packages from different warehouse locations to ensure the fastest delivery. You will receive a separate shipping confirmation and tracking number for each package if this occurs. You will not be charged any additional shipping fees for split shipments.

Delivery Issues

We recommend using the provided tracking information to monitor your delivery date and ensure someone is available to receive the package if necessary. If you encounter any issues with your delivery, such as a missing package or a delivery exception, please first check the tracking information for any updates or notes from the carrier. You may also contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number for more detailed assistance. If you are unable to resolve the issue with the carrier, please contact our customer service team for further support.

Receiving Your Order

Upon delivery, please inspect your package for any visible signs of damage before accepting it. If the package appears significantly damaged, you have the right to refuse delivery. If you accept the package and discover damaged items inside, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
