Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from finelytableware.com. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return most items for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Our Return Policy
We are happy to accept returns for a full refund of the product cost for most items within 30 days from the date you received your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include perishable goods, custom-made or personalized products, and items marked as final sale. Gift cards are also non-returnable. Please get in touch with us if you have questions about a specific item.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange an item for one of these reasons, please contact our customer service team at finelytableware.com.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Return Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your item to our returns facility. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return the item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Please see the shipping section for more details.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
